Nooreddin Valimahomed is a British–Canadian entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor known for launching and scaling consumer tech ventures across emerging markets. His career spans telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and early post-Soviet commerce, with a focus on building brands that adapt to regional dynamics while scaling globally.

Valimahomed is the Chairman and Founder of Meridian Group, the holding company behind multiple mobile brands including Fly, Kazam, and Wileyfox. Under his leadership, Fly Mobile rose to become one of Russia’s top five smartphone brands by market share. Known for its affordability and localized strategy, Fly’s impact was profiled by East–West Digital News and industry outlets including Fierce Wireless and Economic Times India.

Following Fly’s success, Valimahomed co-led the launch of Wileyfox, a UK-based smartphone brand that emphasized sleek design, enhanced privacy, and disruptive pricing.
